  • What are your business hours?

    We are open every day of the year (except christmas) between 8am and 8pm. Give us a call and see if we can help!

  • Where are you located?

    We are based in Fulham and can travel anywhere within a 5 mile radius. If you fall outside of this, just give us a call and we may still be able to help. 

  • What information do you need to book the appointment?

    We require confirmation on what is required (EPC, check in, check out or mid-term), the address of the property in question and the access arrangements. 

  • How long does an inspection take?

    An average inventory usually takes between 60-90 minutes to complete, however the larger the property, the longer this will take. Properties with 5 or more bedrooms could often take 2-3 hours.
